Performer Empower/Sculpt

Group Class

It is a foundation class that introduces you to the basic principles and movements of Pilates. In this class, you will learn ways to use the reformer machine safely and effectively, align your body and breathe properly, and activate and strengthen your core muscles.

This group class is suitable for level 1 students who are new to Pilates or want to refresh their skills. You will feel more confident, balanced, and energized after this class.

Reformer Empower

It is a class that challenges you to take your Pilates reformer skills to the next level. In this class, you will perform intermediate and advanced exercises that require more strength, flexibility, and coordination. You will also use various accessories such as jump boards, magic circles, and resistance bands to add variety and intensity to your workout.

Sculpt is suitable for level 2 and 3 students who have mastered the foundation of Pilates reformer and want to push themselves further.

Reformer Jump!

Reformer Jump utilizes jump boards attached to the end of a Pilates reformer to add variety and challenge to the workouts. Perfect for workouts focused on leg and glute toning. They allow the user to perform jumping and hopping exercises while lying on the carriage, which can improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and lower body strength.

Reformer jump boards can be used for different difficulty levels, depending on the spring tension and the speed of the jumps. Reformer jump classes are a fun and effective way to spice up your Pilates training!
